They have a sound that is unique, haunting, romantic, full of angst and soul" - (DJ Kaos) Die Robot's new sound is really good. The guitar is just heavy enough, the drums are crisp, vocals rock, and the groove of the bass is like a predatory animal A+ (DJ Horrid) The intro for this song is captivating and sound very electro-futuristic. Then the beat changed a little at 17 seconds and still continues to hold my interest. The upbeat tempo throughout this song is very dope and is something that young people today can truly appreciate. The lyrics in themselves are also pretty cool to listen to, interesting message""Love electronica. The beginning of this song got my attention right away. I was anxious to see where it took me. I wasn't disappointed as it led to a throbbing bass and dance beat. The vocals are raw and gritty. I don't normally like metal, but this song is mesmerizing. I actually really enjoyed this song and listened to it all the way and now on repeat because I liked it""This song is one of the best! The nice beat and aggressor makes for a nice techno-ish nano war song. I also like the drums! The bass is outstanding, and everything fits! It's very loud and electric! The singer's voice seems very aggressive and steady, and the lyrics rhyme every few lines! This is a great song! 10/10"  The layering if the instrumentals is a very smart move and helps make the song very well produced. The delayering into the vocals is so smooth and everything blends together well. The vocals mix well with the instrumentals so everything corresponds well and merges nicely Die Robot EP It's Alive! Most of the time, I find it easy to pick out a favorite tune on a record but I can't bring myself to that with EP. There is a reason for that. Their songs are so different from each other which is utterly refreshing. There is nothing more mundane than an over produced album that fits a formula. No formulas here other than something a mad scientist might produce. There is nothing sexier than a band that plays for themselves and their fans, not for "the man" or a "machine". They remind me of everything good and decent about the 80's underground music scene but with their own modern twist. "Devour" makes me want to return to that gritty scene of my youth and sway in front of the stage and I admit It...I dance my ass off when I hear "Effigy" and "Unholy One". The kids (and kid like adults reliving their youth) of Portland are damn lucky to have this band to adore. May they keep writing and playing to the masses forever! (Catherine) Effigy (Single) This is a very upbeat song that makes you want to move. Very good beats at the start and throughout . Singer has a scratchy voice but it sounds awesome that way, I think this song combined perfectly with everything. Very nice to listen too! This would be a perfect song for a dance club or even in concert! (Mark) Wow that guitar and that bass line, phenomenal!! The voice is perfect. The lyrics in this song are great and very catchy! The song flowed perfectly, and I can tell this artist is very talented. I hate repeating myself, what amazing guitar talent!!! I loved the guitar solo! Amazing just simply amazing! Perfect Song!!! (Sean) Move Along (Single) Floating around in the deep recesses of your mind, massaging that under-used brain matter, this Die Robot track drips spoonfuls of dark, syrupy sweetness all over those vaguely familiar innards. Spacey and distant and yet reassuring, like an old friend you haven't seen it awhile, never skipping a beat, it rolls on. Allow Die Robot wash over you! (Tom)  ” - Robert Rich / DJ Horrid / DJ Kzos
